These older streets carry a genuine mix of housing eras. Federation cottages, Victorian terraces and Californian bungalows sit alongside heritage villas near the Cooks River.
Newer apartment infill has filled in toward the Sydenham boundary in more recent years. That older core, though, is where most of the plumbing calls come from.
